THE ABYSS
ARTIST | Antonella Sacconi
Photographer Antonella Sacconi, winds through a path of observation of structures and details of contemporary worldwide architecture. Her classical training allows her to find the ancient in the new that feeds on those classical principles.
DETAIL
The Mudec museum in Milan is accessed by an imposing staircase. From my observation point I saw it sharp and clear-cut as it led us towards the soft lines. The play of curves and edges was enriched by the unexpected presence of a child who, fearful and frightened, stopped at the beginning of the descent of the ladder looking down as to a deep abyss.
